WHAT WE DO

We provide custom fitness training programs for people with disabilities and other specific needs.

We operate by building a training plan that fits your ability level and goals. You receive a scheduled training plan with daily workouts. We check in regularly to track progress and maintain quality communication throughout the process. When your schedule, goal, or ability level changes, we adjust the plan accordingly.

How to Get Started

  • SCHEDULE A CALL

After you submit the form below, one of our coaches will schedule a complimentary phone call or Zoom meeting with you to discuss your goals and answer any of your questions.

  • START THE JOURNEY

Once you are ready to train with Adaptive Fitness and onboarding paperwork is completed, we set up a goal-mapping session to make sure both you and your coach are aligned on the purpose and expectations of your training.

  • REVIEW & ADAPT

As you train, we review your progress and adapt the plan as needed to make sure you are on track to hit your goals and your experience is exceeding your expectations.

What it looks like to work with us:

1. Start with an assessment
We start with a clear, judgment-free picture of your current abilities, mobility, condition, and any equipment or support you use, so your plan starts from reality, not assumptions.

2. Define the goals and potential hurdles
We talk through what you actually want to achieve, and remain honest about the physical, logistical, and other barriers so we can plan around them from day one.

3. Review your schedule and routine
We look at your real life— including energy levels, appointments, recovery needs, and caregiver or PT schedules, so training fits into your routine instead of fighting against it.

4. Build the plan
We design a training plan around your goals and your body, adapted to your movement patterns and needs; we never use a generic, one size fits all template.

5. Receive daily workouts and weekly communication
We deliver workouts with clear instructions to your calendar consistently, so you always know exactly how to stay on track.

6. Adjust as life happens
Pain, fatigue, and flare ups happen. When they do, your plan adjusts with you. No guilt, no starting over. Just a coach who keeps pace with you.

Founder and Coach

I guide adaptive athletes as they aspire to overcome unusual challenges that no other athletes face. I seek to help people meet their goals; as an ultramarathoner, life long mountain bike racer, and National Champion triathlete— I know the value of fitness for both physical and mental health. My work with the Adaptive Sports Center of Crested Butte, Colorado has given me the experience required to serve people who have unique challenges when they exercise. Along with background working directly with adaptive athletes, my education at the University of the South (Neuroscience) and the American College of Sports Medicine (CIFT) gives me the knowledge I need to instruct athletes of all ability levels effectively.

I would love to chat with you if you are curious about how I partner with athletes and what this could look like for you or a family member. Please reach out below to schedule a call!
